Snickerdoodle Apple Cobbler

Delicious and super easy to make cobbler filled with cookie dough and apple pie.
Ingredients
  • 1 (17.9 Ounce) Package of Betty Crocker Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix.
  • 1 Cup (2 Sticks) of Unsalted Butter, Softened.
  • 1 Egg.
  • 1 (21 Ounce) Can of Apple Pie Filling.
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup of Caramel Topping.
  • 8x8 Inch Baking Pan.

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Spray your 8x8 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
  3. With a handheld or stand mixer with paddle attachment, place your cookie mix, butter and egg into your bowl, mix together until combined.
  4. Place half of your cookie dough in spoonfuls into the bottom of your pan.
