Snickerdoodle Apple Cobbler
Delicious and super easy to make cobbler filled with cookie dough and apple pie.
Ingredients
- 1 (17.9 Ounce) Package of Betty Crocker Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix.
- 1 Cup (2 Sticks) of Unsalted Butter, Softened.
- 1 Egg.
- 1 (21 Ounce) Can of Apple Pie Filling.
- 1/4-1/2 Cup of Caramel Topping.
- 8x8 Inch Baking Pan.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray your 8x8 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
- With a handheld or stand mixer with paddle attachment, place your cookie mix, butter and egg into your bowl, mix together until combined.
- Place half of your cookie dough in spoonfuls into the bottom of your pan.
